I've just been ignored by the owner. I'm unable to take the course and asked about a refund which was refused (nothing on their website about a no refunds) but fair enough so I asked if there will be other classes in the future that I could transfer onto so I don't loose the money. This question was ignored three times and now I'm not being replied to. I have no doubt the dance teachers are skilled and fantastic at what they do, unfortunately I won't find out. I would have been a loyal customer as this is the nearest dance studio to me and I'm a performer who wants to practice the skills. Huge shame. :( Edit: I'm unable to reply to the person who replied to my comment however I emailed the email that confirmed the dance class more than 24 hours before. For whatever reason the email didn't come through to them hence emailing so late to the another email and I provided screenshots to prove this and this was dismissed🤷 as I said: I have no doubt the skills of the dance teachers abilities, I'm sure they're fantastic

Dance wise is a great night out and a great way to learn to dance.Caters for all abilities; nice friendly crowd;lots of fun. Martin Bishop ( owner ) and Jonny Salmon are excellent teachers whether you want to dance for fun or to competition standard.
