    Staff abrupt and quite rude. I hadn't used the evri drop off system and asked if a member of staff could assist; she said no that instructions were available. When I asked, there were no other customers for her to serve. A very kind lady had heard the exchange and did assist me, and within a minute the process was complete. It seemed to me that the two female staff members were on a "work to rule" type philosophy, rather than being kind and spending a minute of their time to assist someone. A very poor attitude from the two staff members.
