    Service appalling (2.5 hours wait to complete two-course dinner, with only 3 couples in resteraunt). Air Con not working, fobbed off with promise that it would work if patient no alternative room available (subsequently established that fault on whole floor). Complaint had not even been registered by reception staff. Very, very unhappy - no sleep having just driven for some 9 hours. Breakfast was good, but again slow service clearing plates, glad we got in early.

    Looks dirty from the outside but very clean inside. Room was clean and of a good size.

    Location was good plenty to do however noisey at night, rooms are hot due to the poor air con and windows open mean tonnes of road noise and we were treated to a car meet in the car park with doughnuts being their choice of activities. I understand not Premier Inns fault but better air con means windows can be closed equalling less noise. Breakfast was good, rooms very clean and comfortable. A nice stop for our trip. Rooms: Rooms are clean and normal standard for premier inn, bayliss and harding products in the bathroom. Food & drinks: Food was good, we o lying had breakfast at Premier Inn, but in this location there is so many choices. TGI's, Frankie and Bennys, Burger King, KFC, McDonald's, Harvester, Taco Bell, Pizza Express and many more.
