I rarely share reviews online but felt the need to do it this time. Although Dan came and fixed our boiler, he leaned on our radiator and managed to break its temperature knob. He promised us to come and repair it within a week which did not and kept postponing multiple times. He then started to ignore our calls and never showed up (his unresponsive and highly unprofessional attitude has been indicated by many other reviewers too). Service: Heating system repair

Called Dan Fee to ask if he could fit a Honeywell sundial wire centre for my conventional boiler system,we agreed for the coming Saturday at 10am,11.30am still not arrived,so I called him and he said.."oh,forgot",be with you in an hour! So he turned up,wearing shorts and two different coloured socks,yes I know the younger generation do that,but this man is in his late fifties for sure,anyway,he got on with the job,charged £70 but I gave him £80 2 days later,the heating system kept blowing fuses,so I called him to see if he could shed light on it,no answer and he never called back!! Avoid Dan Fee,he is a joke!!!

Replaced an old boiler and gave us no risk warnings that the old pipes could burst. Once payment received he does not answer your calls to fix the problem, disappears, avoid.

On experiencing problems with my central heating boiler, I contacted Dan after been given great feedback from a friend who advised that he was a "Trusted Trader" and I would have peace of mind that he was a true professional. Dan is very prompt and arrived the next day at my property and on investigation of the boiler, he knew that the problem wasn't a typical error that he would usually see and did not want to give me incorrect information on the problem or incur unnecessary costs, he researched and took time to successfully resolve the boiler problem. It has been a great relief to finally find a quality tradesman who I can rely on without hesitation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to all my friends and family. Dan Fee and his son replaced our old boiler with a new Worcester in March 2015. They were in and out within a few hours. No power flush, no filter! They charged us just shy of £2000 for a few hours work and a new boiler. Since then, it has been a challenge to get hold of Dan even for the annual service. Another Boiler engineer highlighted that the flue was unsafe, power cable should not be touching the hot water pipe and the cold water tap should have been replaced. After weeks of trying, Dan finally came and fixed just the flue and requested that we don’t highlight this to Worcester! In March 2018, during the heavy snow, Boiler started to throw out water and completely stopped working. Dan managed to FaceTime us and we got the Boiler working however since then the boiler continuously kept on over filling with water and chucking out excessive water through the external copper pipe. Both my wife and I tried our best to get hold of Dan - however no luck! In the end we called Worcester and an engineer came out who also highlighted problem with the same tap and replaced it. He was also concerned about the overall quality of the installation! We trusted Dan as he has carried out a number of jobs for us and family in the past however he has let us down. Avoid!!
