Damson have recently completed a development next door. The teams of builders they used stuck to the working hours, I.e. never starting before 7.30am even in the hot summer weather. they also warned us when particularly noisy work was due to take place. The whole development has enhanced our environment!

(Owner of a Damson home) Their properties are nice, mine is nice, but it’s all subject to someone’s opinion. There’s no room for personalisation at all, it’s their way or the highway and my experience with aftercare so far has been appalling. Multiple problems and taken over 18 months to sort. The management (Ray) is very unprofessional and rude including the office staff and these are the reasons for 2 stars.

They have not been empathetic to residents that live direct one of there building sites. They start working from 6am despite the stressful effects on sick people and there pets. Trying to talk to a manager who hasn't been honest about the times they have been working! They are to start at 8:30 am even though they are starting earlier and the manager knows that this is happening and isn't taking the necessary steps. If they have no care for residents that have been living in these areas for over ten years, how can you want to be a resident of one of these.
