Absolutely disgusting company. Damp proofed my house a few years ago and the damp never resolved and kept coming back. After lots of emails back and forths and taking into account that the work is guaranteed for 20 years they have never acknowledged that there is an issue and obviously never fixed it in fact in my last communication with them they said my garantee was now voided. This company should be closed down all together and I will be issuing a complaint to the PCA because they should not be on their website! Simply pathetic. Avoid at all costs!!

We had damp-proofing completed on the downstairs of our house, which included a 20yr guarantee. Two independent surveys have since shown that the damp has returned on an area previously treated. We have contacted the company since we have our 20yr guarantee clearly stated on our report and they are refusing to honour it. They have now quoted 50% off for having the work re-done, yet at a price almost as high as what we originally paid! We are selling our house and want this dealt with as it will appear on a survey, yet now are being ignored. The original work was obviously not completed well and instead of rectifying, this company is choosing to ignore. This is not good customer service. Would never recommend Dampworks to anyone, and if you are reading this considering this company, would advise you to use someone else!

Dampworks advised us when we had a patch of flaky wall in our house. We thought it would involve costly works but they recommended we simply sort out our leaking gutter and did not charge us for the advice. Very helpful. Would recommend.

I had new bathroom fitted. Received a report from Dampworks and was told to gut the whole thing and start again. I agreed due to 10 year guarantee. I then spent further £1000s on the new bathroom once damp proofing was done. One year later multiple damp and mould started appearing. I phone and emailed pictures nobody attended or sorted it out. Now 2 years later it is even worse and they still ignore me. Complete cowboys - DO NOT USE!
