We were worried about our basement in our newly purchased property where we had noticed some fungal growth. Although Damptec were not able to send a surveyor out, they looked at some photos that we sent via email and were able to identify that we didn't have a major issue and that simple measures would be sufficient to address the problem. We really appreciated Pam's help, expertise and her going out of her way to provide us with some assistance and reassurance.

no communication what so ever , work always got delayed as reasons that they made that as to do with our part rather then them . was very happy with the end result i must say. but saying that ,they always try to get away from responsibility on the follow ups and problems that accrued. never answer there calls i did try to reason with them before were writing this review but as they do they ignore our calls and our massages very un professorial , very bad customer service , we would recommend to find a different company as there plenty, i been told by them there only two in the country which made me trust them which again wasn't the case.
