The survey provided by Simon was adequate, if rather generic - I felt I already understood most of the content from an hour or two of online research. As I had specific questions that needed answering (and which were made clear before/during the survey), I followed up on the report via email and was told I would have answers in a week or so. Two months later and I still have not heard anything, despite many emails and phone calls, all of which have been ignored. Simon himself was very pleasant during the survey, but the generic content of the report and extremely poor communication afterwards have been immensely disappointing.

Having a damp survey completed by Simon has been a game changer. We had suffered from a smell of damp for several months, it was unpleasant and troubling but there was no sign of damp until some black mould appeared around the front door. Simon came and investigated what might be causing the damp. He was thorough, interested, keen to explain and gave us lots of good advice while he was with us and in the damp report with which he followed up.
