Called in today at 8 am for emergency appointment, been told to come at 14:30 as a walk in, they asked my name to write down so they will know that i will attend. came in and receptionist has changed and said that j have to come back tomorrow as they have no emergency appointments !!!! redicilous! He even didn’t want to check my name on list! Very disappointed!

Disgusting service. Needed an emergency appointment as my daughter had broken a tooth. Went through 111 and they didn't have anything on the day and agreed to the next day. We got there only to find out that the dentist wasn't coming in and they needed to cancel all the appointments for the day. When we asked why we weren't told, they said they were only told 10 minutes ago; I'm pretty sure 10 minutes it long enough to call the first patients and let them know. Now we're 18 hours after the tooth was broken and back to square one with 111. Can't speak for normal appointments, but if you need them in an emergency, go somewhere else as you can't rely on these clowns.

I went to check up my teeth first on the website they said £75 including x-ray, but this wrong, they make me paid an extra £30 and for the hygiene I paid £50, they need to train the staff about that. my teeth aren't clean, still need more, and my jaws are hurting me lots because she kept it open for a long time. This is my first and LAST time.

Such a lovely practice. I went in with a broken tooth and severe pain all over one side of my jaw and was terrified I might need several extractions. The dentist immediately made me feel at ease and I came away with a filling and no pain. All the staff there are very friendly, kind and understanding and I am truly grateful.

Hi I had an appointment booked in June 2022 to have a tooth chip fixed. William was my dental surgeon and he did a very good job and I was a very happy client. William was very helpful and knowledgable. He offered me all options and told me all the pricing. I got my tooth repaired the same day and I haven’t had any problems with that tooth since he did the filling. Highly recommend this practice if you need dental work at a reasonable price.
