Busy practice, Reception very busy, with the line of patients out the door. I think you may need a few extra staff as they were doing their best. We see a different dentist each visit but always seem efficient.

Me and my daughter both had check ups and I think the dentist we see was called Andre? He was so friendly and made my nervous daughter feel at ease! 3 stars though because most appts we’ve had, have been cancelled.

The hygienist treatment was as I expected as Fergus did brilliantly his job. But the issue that came up at the reception was a bit daunting as they said my hygienist deposit I paid when I made the appointment was used to cover my check-up in January which was completely untrue as I paid then! They accepted me to pay only the rest of the amount for the hygienist under the reserve to bring the statement to prove I paid the check-up back in Jan until the end of the day! Luckily I found even the receipt of the check-up payment misplaced in my wallet, and sent it to them in an email. My piece of advice would be to check what the system shows on the screen to the receptionists is correct or to train them better as it's not a good feeling for the patient to be put in this position! It was as they tried to cheat on me!

Very disappointed with a low income patient has to pay for their teeth to be cleaned £70 😳 they told me that its private, while I had my teeth cleaned before and NHS covers for low income, with no explanation of why or how. The receptionist was very rude and got crossed just because I've said i had it done it before and I didn't have pay due to my lower income. There's no parking space anymore 😢

Though the dentist I saw for my emergency treatment was good. Previously I was supposed to have been referred to hospital about my painful retained wisdom teeth growth. The hospital has not contacted me. So I don't know whether this was ever done.
