I had an appointment yesterday which had been booked two weeks previously as I am currently in the process of having a denture fitted. When I arrived for my appointment yesterday at 9:15am (After a drive from Heathrow) I was told that the mould/denture was not due until the next day (today)!! Nobody had rung me to let me know not to bother about coming in for my appointment and therefore wasted my journey. Surely, this is bad planning by the team who had obviously not checked it was not in until 2 minutes before my appointment. I was told I could come back the next day it was in but this is not possible for me as I live about 40 minutes away and can't just take time off work as and when they see fit. This is not acceptable and very poor customer service. Both the dentists/nurses and the receptionist were really not bothered and very unsympathetic and the nurses/dentist even walked off into the back room before it was even sorted and left the receptionist to deal with it. Poor poor service... I have had more bad appointments than good here and will be looking for another dentist.

Service was great,my dentist brilliantly given advice and explained everything. It was very helpful. Administration not so good. I had a car accident the morning of my appointment and because I was late they cancelled my appointment and the charged me £60. But when I booked my day off to go to the dentist but they cancelled the appointment that same morning because my lovely dentist have to go to Hospital that it is NOT an emergency for me but yes for then. Can someone explain?. How can I call when I am on the side of the road with the car in a tree and inside an ambulance? Thanks

Dr Alice and Dr G were brilliant, I’ve never felt so confident with my smile. They listen to what you want and they deliver exactly that. The whole procedure was explained throughly and I felt very much at ease. Highly recommend to anyone wanting lip filler and I will defiantly be seeing them again for more facial aesthetic procedures ☺️

This is the Bicester Branch. Today I had to get my wisdom tooth removed. I was very anxious and nervous, however I have to hold my hands up and say all the staff there including the receptionist were just amazing. They re assured me that they are all there to make me feel comfortable and that is exactly what they did. My dentist was Israel (excuse me if I spelt that wrong), and they did such an amazing job I cannot praise them enough. From the minute I stepped into the room and got in the chair they worked so hard to make sure my mindset and anxiety was under control and I cannot thank them enough for putting my mind at ease and most importantly taking out my wisdom tooth with no pain at all. Thank you very much.

polite but indifferent. Booked for a 30 minute appointment, which was 20 mins late and then was a rushed 10 minutes. I would not recommend. had significant pain for the rest of the day. Previous dentist was great, not so much the new one. Didn't even introduce them self's??
