    Please note: The repairs in the photos were undertaken by myself and not by anyone at Damage Assist. However, their customer service is incredible, very friendly, highly knowledgeable and unbelievably helpful. I will remember this company for any future projects where I am unable to carry out the work myself. Last week, I contacted Ash and explained the situation - third party workers carried out work which resulted in our kitchen surface being damaged and will not accept liability. On the call, Ash outlined the process they undertake and informed me that despite being located in Kent, they frequently visit Poole and would be able to assist. Unfortunately, we have a wedding in 3 months time and a 15 month old which means on this occasion we do not have the funds to get professionals out, especially for something that is mostly cosmetic, the dent is surface level and the size of an average fingernail. I explained that we wouldnt be in a position to hire them, however unlike other firms; this didn't stop Ash from offering me his advice for an amateur fix. Ash even messaged me with the recommended products, and was happy to have a follow-up call to answer a question. Check out the photos attached, before, the initial fix and then blending in. The final result is not close to perfect, and I know for a fact from just speaking to Ash, if I had gone ahead with Damage Assist, the dent would be unrecognisable. With Ashs hints I was able to somewhat blend it into the design of the surface. I know it's there, but everyone else's perspective, its gone. I am over the moon with the final result and cannot thank Ash at Damage Assist enough. I would recommend Damage Assist to anyone, whether its serious or minor damage, these guys really know their stuff. I tend to leave Google reviews, but this is most deserving I've posted in a long time. Thanks again Ash, really appreciate it.

    Our sink broke when I dropped a bottle from the cabinet above, leaving a hole in it. We feared replacing the whole thing but James used a time machine to bring the sink back from the past, before it broke, because right now you could not tell whether anything happened to it. Good service; very professional.
