I have moved in by September 2022, and it was the worst moving in experience, and I couldn’t believe that it get worse as first all the facilities including the gym, pool, sauna, steam room, lounge, terrace and cinema room all were out of service and they say everything is in maintenance. I wish this was the biggest problem, later on few weeks, the heating and hot water supply got cut, and they couldn’t fix it, imagine we are living in 2022 and there is no heating or hot water for two months in winter in “a luxurious place” as they claim. I believe the owners care about their money way too much that they let the clients to start living in way before the building is actually ready to use, just for them to make up for their losses during the pandemic. Disgraceful and shameful owners. This whole building is faulty and the people that work here totally agree on this, but cannot confront the people above them.
