Went to enquire as to whether a prescription had been delivered. The young girl was extremely rude and dismissive, not even wanting to check if it had arrived. I'll use another pharmacy in the future

Never have a nice experience in here. Never welcomed in, no small talk. I visited this evening to collect a Vinted parcel. Got ignored for approx 3 minutes, then finally the pharmacist looked my way. Could I collect a parcel please?... Do you have ID? No sorry, Vinted just said to collect it. Well we are a UPS collection store, no ID no parcel! I went back to my car to dig out an old item of ID I had in there. He looked at it and went into the back, no thank you, no nothing. This is a small village, I go into that pharmacy at least once a month to collect my prescription, all I ask for is a little bit of friendly service.
