One month later and still waiting… On the 15th April I ordered several metres of two tone organza for an upcoming university project. I am still waiting for the fabric to arrive and Dalston Mills still haven’t replied to the email Mail I sent in the middle of last week. It’s been a source of great frustration and anxiety, as well as a massive inconvenience regarding time and meeting deadlines. The money has definitely left my bank…

Edit: the company have now agreed to resend my order, which I'm happy about. A good test of the integrity of a company is how they act when something goes wrong. I have not received my order because it was not addressed correctly. This may have been my fault, but why was it sent out with an incomplete address? They have my address on record from a previous order. Why isn't there a check in place? My main gripe is the reaction of customer services. I'm finding their attitude and tone dismissive.this order is quite small and the cost negligible to them.

Recently purchased some silk fabrics and needed them quickly. Spoke to gentleman in the shop re expediting the delivery, and was asked to call back when some one was in the office. Emailed my enquiry hoping to get a reply on the following Monday but actually had return email telling me the fabric was in stock so could be sent for my required date - excellent thank you, great service, would definitely recommend!
