My 71 plate S-Cross had a problem whereby both 12v accessory sockets stopped working. I assumed that a fuse had blown. The fuse box is located behind the glovebox. Having broken my back I am unable to get into the footwell to access the fuses. I phoned the Suzuki Service desk and was asked to bring the car in a couple of days later. This I did and the fuse was replaced at no cost to me. This is our fifteenth Suzuki and first from Dales. Excellent service from friendly and professional staff.

Put a deposit down on a car and didn’t keep to keep to it and let another customer by the car . Got advice and found out this should not of happened and I should of had the car . Be very careful when putting a deposit down on a car
