    Dales were very accomodating and booked in a service and MOT at very late notice. Kept me informed of progress through the day and provided a video update. Best dealer experience I've had in years. Update: Just used Dales Suzuki at Scorrier again. Excellent service, friendly staff, detailed information on all aspects of health check of my car. Great value as well. Absolutely no reason to use anyone else.

    Ordered items for suzuki alto, did not use 2 of the items. The Garage refused to give a refund or credit note, even though I had the receipts and items still in packaging, invoice 27/09/21. Trading standards will be contacted. Shocking customer service.
