I called for a pair of cycling glasses before setting off along the Badger Divide for four days bikepacking. I was provided with excellent guidance and advice and the alternative lenses and case were posted to my home address. Chris and the team went above and beyond to arrange a replacement road bike, including fitting, accessories and transportation, 7 days before I started the Lands end to John O'Groats cycle. Without them, I wouldn't have been able to take part , never mind completing. A fantastic effort and a great bunch of guys!

I bought E bike online and assembled my self but I couldn’t figure out there was a problem with handle adjustment I went to local Halfords Rutherglen guy was very rude and didn’t even want to see my bike because I didn’t buy from Halfords he said u need to go to experts I mean really…../ found Dales online went to there shop when I entered in shop they acknowledged me quickly with smile 😊.Spoken with lovely young man Logan he fixed my E bike problem in 5 mins.10/10 Logan Amazing service.I will definitely come back again to this shop and will recommend friends and family.Thanks again Logan 😊.

I had great difficulties getting an electric mountain bike until I made contact with Dales Cycles in Glasgow. Salesman Ian was so helpful and after receiving a lot of helpful advice and recommendations I made my order. Four weeks later I got an email letting me know my order had arrived. I met with Ian again at the handover. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took his time explaining everything about my new Cube. He made all the necessary adjustments and helped me with the new app. Brilliant service in every respect, and a huge thanks to Ian who is a credit to this company.
