I've actually visited Dale Photographic twice this week and I have been really impressed with the service. My first visit was to get my beginner camera cleaned and ask for some advice on upgrading my camera. The sensor clean was thorough and my camera was ready to collect that afternoon. Stephen was really helpful, knowledgeable and accomodating while making suggestions for upgrade options and answering my many questions. I appreciated the time that he took to discuss my options, and that it always felt like friendly guidance rather than a sales pitch. During my second visit the following day, Stephen made me feel welcome and helped me to decide on the right purchase for me and again I was really pleased with the customer service. I will definitely visit again for all my camera needs. And would highly recommend if you are looking for personal, professional advice from staff that are genuinely passionate about photography and cameras.

Fantastic and friendly Photography shop with a great selection of cameras, lenses and gear.
