Yesterday you were able to organise a flying visit from Janos to repair our ground floor patio doors which were jammed and were not locking. The repair was completed quickly courteously and professionally and very much to our satisfaction given the security issue of non locking exit doors. Please thank everyone involved for such outstanding customer service. In this age of long call wait times, automated messages and call handlers who are not able to help, your approach to service is rare but so refreshing. Well done to everyone in the team.

Dale Joinery is a very efficient firm from the excellent staff who are there to answer questions, the joiners who are artisans, through to the delivery people. The promised date of delivery given with the order was kept to and couriers were more than helpful. Ordering was made easy by an on-site visit and measuring by someone who really knew what he was doing took the responsibility away. Most importantly, the window quality is excellent and they've caused many very complimentary comments in the village. All the trades on site who have experience of many new windows have called the large sash windows (previously basic smalller PVC typical 1980s windows) really 'beautiful'. They fitter said he knew immediately the quality was excellent and had to get extra hands to help because of the weight. They've transformed a 1980s house into something exceptional. The house now stands out due to Dale Joinery.

As we in a conservation area it was recommended that we replaced our old timber windows like for like. We reached out to dale joinery who came back to us quickly with a full set of drawings and quote. With multiple revisions of the drawings (as we kept changing our minds on the design) we settled on storm proof windows, two tone coloured (7032 on the external) and a new front door. Matt then visited site to review our sizes, gave us excellent advice and we ended up tweaking the design one final time before they went into production. Dale then gave us a delivery slot and this all went without a hitch. We were amazed with the quality of the windows, they are very well built, have great safety features and have already noticed a difference in heat and acoustic performance. Rockwood Installations installed the windows (a recommendation from Dale) who were also fantastic in installing and making sure everything was installed to last. All in all very impressed with Dale joinery and would definitely recommend them to others!! Thanks so much!
