    Excellent location and facilities. Ideal for groups of up to 18. Most rooms are double or twin beds. Kitchen very well equipped. Comfortable lounge and a pool table room. House has WiFi.

    We had a great stay at Dale House. Perfect location for our group. The kids had a great time playing in the river and the surrounding areas. The games room kept them entertained while we were getting dinner ready. There was enough seating for everyone to socialise together in the dining room. We will definitely be back.

    Dale House is the most perfectly placed accommodation in Kettlewell. It easily accommodated a large group of us and is very very well equipped. The owners have thought of everything. The reason I give 3 stars is because it’s a little bit tatty, tired and grubby. Splits in the sofas, cobwebs everywhere, dirty paintwork, iron marks on the carpet, holes in the plasterwork etc. We stayed from 30th July, not long after lockdown was lifted. This wasn’t our first stay away after lockdown, and other businesses had used the time to get their accommodation in tip top condition. I thought Dale House would’ve done the same…..

    Unfortunately we had to cancel our big family get together due to Covid. Dale House were very unsympathetic and refused to refund anything more than a few expenses that would not be incurred. So beware of booking to stay there at the moment. I can only give 1star for their poor Customer Service.
