Let me down. After years of good service, my delivery was not only rescheduled once but twice (with no notice, waiting indoors for both days). They did not seem particularly bothered, and indeed I had to ask for compensation (suggested in the form of a discount) which has failed to materialise, despite asking. Won't be using again, very disappointed.
