I'm a first time customer and am really satisfied with the piece of furniture I bought from this company. Although It took quite some time for the item to be delivered, which's been said on the website, for the quality it was worth waiting IMO. The product should be from Poland because I noticed the similarities of assembly components with the ones of another piece of furniture made in Poland I purchased from a different company. On the other hand, the CS was excellent. The company notified me the item was ready to be delivered, with option to change and tracking as well. On top of the furniture I bought there was a lovely gift bag, in which there were some sweets and biscuits.

I ordered the 'Paris 203 White' (Mirrored) wardrobe. I couldn't be happier, it is as beautiful in person as it is on their website. The ordering process was seemless and easy, with regular updates via email and text every step of the way. I called with an enquiry and this was responded too immediately and the lady on the phone was very polite. Where I live, parking is a nightmare as it's on a busy road in zone 2 in London with no other nearby roads for parking. I underestimated how large their delivery van would be. Initially, they were unable to stop but the delivery guys showed some patience and circled round a few times until finally someone moved, I also then moved my own vehicle and we were able to create space. They spent more time at my address then they probably would have liked (for this reason) ! But very professional and polite throughout. I paid for the assembly service which took them approx 1hr 15 or slightly more. This unit is huge so I was glad for that option - my brother said it would have taken him much of the day to do it on his own so paid assembly is definitely a great option. If you're thinking of purchasing from them and want assembly, I'd definitely recommend checking on parking options prior and letting them know if any potential issues. Lesson learnt my end! Overall, ecstatic with my purchase, the service provided and I will certainly order furniture from them again in future. I found them from google searching furniture and I always check Trust Pilot reviews before I proceed and the majority of their feedback was positive so I went ahead with my purchase. I thought on that basis that I would also leave helpful feedback for anyone who is like-minded and prefers to research a company before making a purchase. Many thanks Dako :)

From start to finish I cannot fault this company . I’m not a normal reviewer for my sins, I rarely review but for this experience I must . The ordering process was fast and simple , the value was simply incredible, due to this I was dubious about ordering but so glad I did . The quality of these wardrobes are on a level if not better that the ikea £700 equivalent. Delivery was fast, informed and incredibly courteous. A real hidden gem that I feel needs recognition for its incredible value and quality workmanship.
