Kayleigh was excellent. Attended Daisy Birthing classes, and cannot recommend the class and Kayleigh enough to an expectant parent. Kayleigh has a breadth of knowledge and a friendly, personable relaxed approach.

Been a lovely 6 weeks, it’s flown! Class itself was informative and I really feel a lot more prepared for birth and in control. I found with Kayleigh being a mum of three the advice was genuine and had come from experience which as a first time mum I found really helpful. I’ve learnt exercises and stretches that have really helped with my ongoing sciatica and back pain so that is a massive takeaway from the class for me. Plus the sleep after our class on a Friday was always amazing and a great start to the weekend. Found the class great value for money and I will 100% be booking in should I have a second baby. For anyone considering and having back pain, would definitely recommend bringing a birthing ball to class as I personally found a yoga mat on the floor uncomfortable. Highly recommend, thanks Kayleigh!

Fantastic classes which I look forward to each week. Very informative sessions which have made me feel more prepared and empowered about my birth experience. The yoga is brilliant - I find it so relaxing and helps promote good labour positions which I will definitely make use of when bump makes its arrival. Thank you Kayleigh!

I attended the 6 week Active Birthing class in Monk Fryston after finding it by chance when searching for antenatal classes & I'm so glad I did! Having the class every Friday was a lovely opportunity to relax, meet people, and learn some really useful movements & breathing techniques. Kayleigh who runs the class is so welcoming and has a wealth of knowledge & talks you through a different subject each week as well, which feels very reassuring. So worth it, would definitely recommend :)

Absolutely loved this class with Kayleigh. She is a really gentle, understanding and very knowledgeable calming guide to have alongside you on your journey through pregnancy and into motherhood. I struggle with social anxiety and panic attacks and this was met with so much kindness and patience that I felt so welcomed and looked forward to each session every week. Please give yourself this gift and let Kayleigh honour your journey with all she has to share. I found this helped earlier on in my journey when anxiety was at its highest, testing increased and a lot of unknown and overwhelm was particularly high. Great to do while waiting for the usual antenatal classes to start later on in pregnancy.

Kayleigh has been a hugely positive influence on my pregnancy and parenting journey. The antenatal classes were packed full of useful information and were extremely helpful for both my husband and me, and I found the birthing classes really calming and grounding. It has been fantastic to continue the journey as a new mum with the Tinies class, not only with the comfort of having Kayleigh leading the class but also being able to build relationships with parents I’d met when pregnant. Kayleigh is always answering our many queries and worries in between classes too, she really cares about the people in her classes. One of the best decisions I made was to join the antenatal class and find this lovely community!
