Had a bit of a immediate issue with the breaks on my wife's car. As the car is relied on so I gave The Garage a call on the off chance they could fit it in. They were able to source the parts and fit them the same day for a very fair price. From the call, to dropping the car off, to picking it up I felt like I was in good honest hands. Very happy and will definitly go back when the need arises. 17/3/23 update; Posted my initial review above three years ago and have been a customer since. Very recently I had some concerns with my brakes and they managed to get me in the next day and all fixed. Yesterday the dust guard on the front wheel came loose and again they managed to fit me in and sort the problem. I honestly wouldn't recommend anything I don't stand by and The Garage continues to be the only place I'll take my car, and when asked the only place I'd send people.

My nephew recommended using this garage, he'd used a few in York previously and he found you guys back in 2016 and has used you since. I've taken my car in a few times and the work has always been completed to a very high standard, the pricing is great and I've always felt welcome whenever I've been in. Rang first thing today and asked if my exhaust could be assessed as I knew it wasn't good at all. Didn't expect to have it fixed the same day! They were extremely busy with jobs but still managed to get my poorly car looked at, fixed and at a reasonable cost. Will definitely use again.

I contacted The Garage last month to sort my brake discs and pads out and they were very good value (half the price of the Fiat garage!) and they fitted me in very quickly which was great. I was really happy with the service. I contacted them again this week regarding a rattling noise under the bonnet and thankfully there was no mechanical fault found, however they identified some loose plastic fittings around the wheel arches which could cause the noise in the wind and they secured them down. When I asked how much I owed, they told me nothing. No work was needed and the check was on the house! That's customer service for you! 5 Star ***** Highly recommend!
