I ordered two of the baby beans bags (in dark grey) for my twins. They arrived quickly, are great quality and look beautiful. I had to send a question to the company after the order arrived as I wasn't sure how to use the upside-down zips (safety feature). Mike responded quickly to my email, great customer service. Ring sling poor design as padding makes impossible to tighten. Returned as per instructions but no refund received - company now ignoring my emails. In response to their reply editing to add that I have emailed my proof of postage to the company twice. They replied to a “where’s my refund” email quickly requesting proof of postage, but when I sent it (I guess they don’t expect customers to keep it) they failed to respond, and I have now sent proof of postage twice with no reply from them. Hopefully they may reply now!

Super fast delivery, ordered in the afternoon received next day. We bought stomp v2 travel system for our grandson and daughter is very happy, it looks great and the quality seems good. They have not used it just yet as baby is due next month. Hopefully, our grandson will enjoy it and will have smooth rides on it :)
