20 years ago Airkool fitted an air conditioning unit in our conservatory. Their engineers were friendly, polite, professional and respected my property. The unit they fitted has worked flawlessly for those 20 years, and we have used it a lot keeping us cool in the summer and warm in the winter, but now the conservatory is being changed we no longer need the it. A quick call to Airkool and they gave me a price for de-gassing, removing and recycling the old unit which I was very happy with, and within two weeks sent their engineer and his apprentice to remove it. Once again, both were professional, friendly, polite and respectful of my property keeping any mess to a minimum and clearing up when finished. They even put a tempory repair in the hole left by the pipework, saving me the job until the new solid roof and framed conservatory was installed. They were a credit to the company. I can't praise Airkool enough, everyone I spoke to were friendly and helpful and I would recommend them to anyone thinking of installing such a product.
