So sad that they couldn't fix thier problem. I sent money to someone who lives in Turkey. I asked thier staff to give me the secret pin,so that to make easier the receiver of the money to take it. The secret pin contained 11 digits. However, the receiver he couldn't take his money and the system says, the sender must approve to take it. I phoned them and told the problem, but he said, "nothing is wrong from our side." After 4 days, still the problem exist and phoned them, I told everything. He said, I will phone the headquarter and check what's wrong. He finally said, the problem was headquarter and now we require the receiver's Date of birth! Why did I get the secret pin? Once you get the secret pin, means more easier than ussaul. Despite irresponsibility, I had to ask my money back.
