    Very poor communication. Made offer at asking price yet Dacres didn't keep vendors informed and I had to intervene personally to stop others viewing and buying. My purchase has been delayed since end of October because new build ( being sold by Dacres ) is not fit for signing off. Have yet to get a completion date.. Not a word from Dacres since mid December! Am only glad they are not dealing with my sale!
