Avoid Dack service centre, Coventry. It is my First and last visit to your garage, Managed to take nearly £1300 to fix the car problem but failed to fix my car. Also asking for another £2500 for more jobs needs doing. Customer service was poor due to no communication and kept my car for 2 days just to do the diagnostic. The main dealer wasn’t that expensive. The car had only an EGR issue which could have been resolved by cleaning the EGR instead rip me off and it was a daylight robbery. Finally fixed the car with a different garage cost me only £330. I won’t recommend your garage to anyone. I had an awful experience. You don’t deserve even 1 star. Be aware people.
