This is the fourth vehicle that I have from Dacia. I had a Stepway in 2013, then two Dusters and now the new shape Stepway. Each time I have visited Dacia whether it was Western Avenue and now Staples Corner I have had brilliant staff dealing with the sales. This time it was Omar and he had been fantastic. Very efficient, professional, clear and concise. From the first time I visited Staples Corner right up to the moment I collected my new vehicle he kept me informed. I had a very pleasant experience and he is a real asset to the organisation. I felt that he really went above and beyond throughout the whole process.

Booked a test drive online. Mohammed was efficient and attentive gave us an overview of the vehicle and highlighted safety features and procedures. New car ordered in store estimated delivery date given which was quite accurate. Improve, give each salesperson a printer at their desk too much “excuse me while I go to the printer” what a waste of time
