Great support from Da Vinci wheelchairs and especially one of the engineers - Derek - today. My daughter needed some replacement sideguards on a Matsunaga day chair and only had today available to visit. A pair of new sideguards were made and fitted in about an hour, and they are perfect. They look better than the originals too! Brilliant service!

Very poor experience with this company. Our daughters wheelchair coast around 5k through a charity but was not robust. After the second time of sending the wheelchair the rep lost total interest and so now we have luckily been given a wheelchair through our wheelchair services whilst the 5 k model gathers dust in the shed. Think twice before using Da Vinci.
