Declan and James were very thorough and helpful. They answered all the questions I had and completely put my mind at ease as I was very worried about possible infestation after spotting a few carpet bugs. They were informative and actually advised that due to the time of year these are common in the area we live and the carpet we have this particular bug cannot breed on, so they were nothing to worry about. They advised against treating the area as there was nowhere for them to breed especially as we are likely to see the bugs appear again as they can fly in the window. This honesty saved us spending money on a service we didn't require, and the advice they offered for prevention was very helpful. I Recommend them 100% and will definitely be using again if we ever need to and recommending to others. Rang with a mouse SOS on a Sunday evening and the next day ,Monday, by 8am, James had contacted me regarding an appointment and came round that afternoon. Having identified it was a mouse that had been under my kitchen units he then made a thorough search of my house and loft for any further signs that there were mice elsewhere. Luckily for me it was contained to the kitchen so a variety of poisoned bait was put all under the kitchen units. A visit 2 wks later by James confirmed the mouse/mice had eaten some poison on one side of the kitchen and I haven't heard or seen the mouse/mice since. James is friendly, punctual and very helpful. His knowledge of all the pests and rodents was second to none, we found it very interesting . Even after the first visit from James I stopped worring about the mouse as I had complete confidence with the service and now I'm not sharing my home anymore with any unwanted rodent visitors. A massive thank you to James. I highly recommend to get rid of all of those unwanted pests you might get in your home. Service: Rodent extermination
