D Zambelis is a very professional, knowledgeable and helpful company. I have read some of the other reviews- being nosey as I was shocked they didn't have 5 stars- and I'm saddened to see a couple of people giving a poor review. I can only imagine these people were not using the tools/blades correctly- either at incorrect feeds and speeds or on the wrong materials. I have worked with them for years now and I have purchased various tooling from them and never been dissatisfied. Furthermore, if you pick up the phone and talk to them, they are all too willing to help. Plus, their next day delivery service has ALWAYS been next day unlike most other tooling suppliers - been let down a lot in the past by other suppliers and they always blame the postal services, couriers, the dog, whatever they can think off. Stella and her team have never once let us down. Believe me, these guys really do have your back.
