This lady behind the tills messed with the wrong customer today. You refused to take my parcel because you said you can’t be bothered to walk around it. I advised you to put it on top and you was just being unreasonable for no apparent reason. I have escalated this to Evri that you guys don’t deserve to have this evri service in your shop. As you mistreat customers and you don’t understand what customer service is. I asked for ur name and you refused. It’s ok because I took a picture to send to Evri. You are unprofessional. Disgusting unless people. One thing about me when you mistreat me you won’t see the end, I will drag this complaint out.

when I was about to take back my luggage I really felt like peeing. I saw a toilet next to the luggage storage area, so I asked the shopkeeper if I could use the toilet. Then she said there is no toilet here while closing the toilet door. She told me to go to the underground toilet. While there are NO toilets in the BOND STREET underground! I almost peed my pants. Please be considerate of your customers. May god bless you.

THE MOST RUDE, VILE PEOPLE I’VE EVER COME ACROSS. Yelled at me because I arrived at 8pm to return a parcel (Evri closes at 8.30pm and actual store closes at 9.30pm)- not one word came out my mouth, he saw the parcel and started yelling. Honestly doesn’t deserve 1 star- avoid this place at ALL COSTS.

I've gone to this shop several times to drop off package-less Amazon returns and have had no issues. Except tonight. I printed off the Evri label, no problem. I go to correct counter labeled with neon, star signs that indicated Evri returns. Before even looking, the lady said to place the label on the return, which confused me right away. I said it was a package-less return, which they apparently stopped doing, even though I recently did one. At this point, she told me my package was too big for the return and she couldn't help. I pulled up the Amazon return instructions to double check it was a package-less return and make sure I wasn't going crazy. I asked her to help me and read the instructions that showed it was package-less. She told me to help myself first and said "how can I do my job if I do your job?". I literally left the store crying after experiencing such rude behaviour. I will be complaining to Evri and will never go here again.
