I cannot praise these enough, from the moment I met them they made me feel so at ease and safe in the knowledge that my brother was going to be cared for, even going out their way to iron my brothers clothes for me as there had been mis communication beween the family . They rang me all the time to update me and assure me my brother was OK and being looked after which made me feel so much better that he wasn't alone . The day was so beautiful and it was all down to these . They even obtained one of the horse shoes that carried my brother to his final resting place for me and I can't thank them enough for all they did. Thank you so much .

Whilst I wasn’t involved in the planning of the funeral, the running of the day was perfect. I was nervous (as I’m not part of a funeral very often) about doing the wrong thing or not doing the right thing at the right time, but I needn’t have worried. At every stage we were told what to expect, and what we (the family) were to do. From checking the house was locked up and we had the keys, right to making sure we all got to the venue afterwards, all of the staff were friendly and helpful, and I couldn’t have felt more comfortable on a very uncomfortable day. Thank you all VERY much!

Darren W Faragher, conducted my brothers funeral in 2000, and my Mother's in 2003, and I can honestly say that from the first point of contact, the whole team were fabulous. Firstly meeting Judith, who was just wonderful (not sure if she's still there) to meeting Darren himself. They made a very difficult situation bearable. We were treated like family, right from the first, whilst remaining completely professional. So caring. If I ever have the unfortunate need to arrange a funeral service again, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Darren Faragher. I would highly recommend. (Over the years, I seen other people use other companies, and they don't compare) truly unique experience.
