The skip guy called me a Cxxt for not keeping the barriers open for him. Whilst i had work to goto and running late and where we are there is a barrier so that strangers cannot park inside. Its Early morning today and as Iam making my way out the company’s driver wished for me to stop there waiting for him whilst he took the skip. I stated I was in a hurry but he rudely claimed I am only here to pick up the skip !! He was forceful and started grumbling at me aggressively. As I drove out he aggressively and very loudly starting saying ‘ yeah yeah move your CXXT’. I dont know what type of behaviour is this besides calling it bullying. I dont ever wish to use this skip company and would encourage all my friends and family not to either. The company needs to train their staffs to be more polite and not to bully others if they are smaller or of different race. There are other builders in the area and we always have traffic problems there but none have been rude to each other and handled it well. First off He was not there to pick up our skip but for someone else. He should have he could have even given his actual client one call and they would have open the gates for him which would have taken only another five minutes. I had to drive all the way around town to come back and lock the gate when I am running late. I wish and hope this situation makes the company work towards better change not bitter. If there was a way to talk to the driver face to face I would have but he was just too aggressive and running a business we do not and should not behave in such ways towards others.
