I called them and they booked me in straight away to their other branch in Weeley near where i work. Problem solved, friendly and professional service. Well done to the Team.

I read through the reviews and the answers to the ones that are bad sounds to me like a whole lot of excuses for incompetence and I’m pretty sure more excuses will follow mine. Having patiently waited and being told lots of different stories about the where abouts of my car I finally picked it up 3 months after the promised arrival time ok no problem one of those things I get it things happen. However when I picked it up the sales man forgot to take my deposit. What followed was nothing short of harassment threatening calls and letter’s emails, I said I would pay and sort it out but needed time after all the incompetence of the sales person wasn’t my fault. They carried on with there harassment, they said it was my fault I should have known it needed to be paid and so it went on. My advice to anyone buying a fiat go to a different dealer there are nice ones out there.
