Absolutely awful service, the way they speak to you as if you are a problem and a burden is completely outrageous. As an agency they are there to help with problems with deposits and change of tenants, but being told “I don’t get paid to do this for you” is laughable. They need to train their team members about customer service and how to actually speak to people without belittling them.
