Where do we start.....?! Starting with a thank you - the last year has been the happiest time in our lives since Connor's diagnosis. 100% this is due to the environment you built for us, to take care of his needs and to lift a huge wait from our shoulders and to have a inclusive house forever more. Without question, I have never met a company that has worked so closely with us to deliver exactly what we need. This is a point I would like to major on. There is a difference between what you need and what you want. At points we thought we wanted X but working with Dan and team the solution was Y, which delivered better results than we could ever have imagined. Dan's organised and thoughtful approach allowed the build to be completed without a hitch, ahead of schedule - we thought only DIY SOS could achieve this. In fact DS Barden and their supply chain of local businesses are very much our DIY SOS. Due to the complex circumstances around the need for the build, Dan and his team pulled out all the stops to ensure what we needed was delivered and through his contacts saved us over a third on the original quote. But don't be fooled this was a cheap job. The workmanship is second to none. We have lived in the house over a year without the need for any follow up. The house is just perfect. This is 100% testament to the whole team, both those on and off site where there is a real spirit of team work and focus to get the job done to highest standards. Delivered with skill and abilities that seem to come natural to them. Thank you once again - every time we walk through the front door we think of you guys and the smile on Connor's face says it all.
