    DRH Main Builders, GN18 ZNX, have been regularly pavement parking on East Dulwich Road for the last 2 months. This is not for loading or unloading, they park there all day. Despite frequent penalty charge notices, they show their contempt for local residents and Southwark Council, by proudly displaying parking fines on the dashboard. Bizarrely there's free parking 20 foot away from this spot. This is not evidence of being a "professional" builder. Don't give them contracts if you respect your neighbours. Avoid.
