I used My Gateley for a small pimple removal and a mole removal. He was quick and efficient and explained everything to me clearly. His bedside manner was excellent and he made me feel at ease. The surgery was clean and the staff were very caring and thoughtful in their patient care. I was left in no pain and had absolutely no pain at all once the anaesthetic wore off. For this procedure I would recommend.

Found Mr Gateley to be great. I went for a consultation and he actually didn’t agree to do what I wanted. And for what was riding on that, you’d think I’d be more upset! But he was really lovely, complimentary and clearly had experience in disagreeing with patients in a very kind way. I’d definitely return if there was anything else I wanted doing in the future.

I have been a patient of David Gateley quite a few times over the years and I have always found him to be a first-rate aesthetician and a very highly skilled surgeon. He has an unerring eye for detail and a preference for subtle, natural looking results which is just what I wanted. I have found that he won’t take on a procedure unless he is confident he can provide a great result and he won’t hesitate from trying to dissuade a patient who has unrealistic expectations. Having said that, if you really, really insist then sometimes you can persuade him! His work is totally exceptional, and he is so very kind and caring. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face! and I have recommended him to many others.
