Terrible service. My Elica fan broke after a few days and I've been waiting 3 weeks for a part when they should be fully replacing it. I had to chase to get a response for my initial request and I have chased up since without any response. Still waiting for it to be resolved.

Fantastic service. Was struggling to find Elica replacement parts, came across D R Cooker Hoods - rang quite late in the day - answered within 3 rings - spoke to Chris on phone who was very helpful and explained how I could find exactly what I needed in order to ensure I was ordering correct parts, gave me great price. I ordered there and then and parts came within 2 days. Couldn't ask for better service. Thank you again Chris!

Have a 6 year old Elica Leaf extractor, also known as Sinfonia. Strange fault in that it started to suddenly turn on for no apparent reason. Called these guys, talked to their tech support. Mark provided reassurance about the fault, what needed to be replaced, level of fiddleyness (not a word but should be) involved and even what T sized driver I needed. Excellent service, knowledgeable staff, quick delivery and competitive price. Working again perfectly. What's not to like? Would recommend and will use again

Mark was incredibly kind and helpful in replacing a faulty hob for me. I had originally bought the hob from another company who wanted nothing to do with me after folding their company and reopening a new one at the same address. I was up the creek without a paddle so to speak but Mark went above and beyond and kindly switched the faulty hob. I can't praise them enough! Thank you

Julia gave made a quick diagnosis on the phone of likely issue with 14 year old island hood and parts arrived within a week. With one issue unresolved, Chris offered on another phone call to inspect the likely part and repair if possible while. This was successful and I also got a refund on one the original replacement parts that wasn't required after all. Lorraine was extremely pleasant too. Such fantastic service is very rare, thank you very much!
