    I had four small jobs that needed doing and booked the car in. The subsequent confirmatory email only showed two jobs. I emailed back to correct that. When I took the car in they had two jobs on their list and again I corrected that and left my car. I arrived to collect my car thirty minutes after the 'window' of 13 - 1400 I was told it would be ready, giving the 30 min leeway. The 'manager / owner' became ruse and aggressive asserting he had told me a later time and sarcastically telling me next time he will write it down for me. When finally they did the work the took 20 minutes they had only done one of the jobs and he seemed unaware of the other work until the mechanic pointed to the list in the work diary. I was charged £83.00 + VAT for the twenty minutes work. In short Rude, chaotic and expensive.
