Look not all drivers are horrible it's just that one who ruins the impression, and this has been occurring frequently lately. Could you kindly explain the policy regarding deliveries made? Are the drivers supposed to take it upstairs or is the customer responsible for bringing the totes down for the drivers? I had to discard at least 30 crates during the past two months, if not more, and I'm sure Asda paid for them.

Gents & disabled toilets are disgusting. Can't comment on the female toilets, but I expect the same. Baby change has been out of service for weeks. Gents & disabled toilets have no toilet roll at all, stall locks are broken, OLD stains all over the toilets, floors are drenched. There's even limescale build up on the sink splashbacks, suggesting it hasn't been wiped for at least a week. Evidently not maintained.

Large store, well stocked up. However the parking is misleading and customers are getting fines. I mean what's the point of having a customer parking which is active an hour before the store is open? Not everyone keeps their receipts for proof of purchase which may help while appealing. It's just ridiculous and misleading by leaving the gates open.

Atrocious I am a frontline worker and need to be able to get in and out as quickly as possible. I counted 50 people waiting to check out at the self service tills. Regardless of my profession this is just not acceptable for anyone to have to queue for 15 minutes to pay for their goods.

I shop here nearly every other day. I like my fresh fruit and veg and my kids inhale food! (Healthy food too) There's so much variety but hardly ever any stock. Look for boxes at the top you may have to stick yourself. I mean I tested getting herbs and none on shelves however box on top so I took one amd went back two days later and it still wasn't filled up and box was still there with only another on taken. No cat littler trays or toys. Queue far too long need to encourage and teach customer to use scan and go.

Been using this store for years because i have no other big stores near me. I would never ever ever ask anyone working there for anything as 98percent of the time they don't have no clue or they literally don't care. Only the workers that are more older are kind to customers and actually would help. Otherwise it's full of bengali workers young and old all of them think they come to work to do nothing. They all walk around busy chatting away , on their phones ignoring you. Even the bengali older men who are managers make the rudest faces and comments to customers. Only way this Asda will ever become a better running store is if they change staff and management. I have given 2 stars for those staff who actually do their jobs here. Shelves are usually full of what you need and if they ain't no one will check at the back you will have to just get online or go to another store.
