We had decided to change our car and decided on the new Kia Niro. While checking out a Niro, we realised that we needed to ask some questions. Ahmet answered our questions with a great degree of knowledge and showed us many features of the Niro we hadn't thought about. We decided we would like one and took a test drive.. Then decided we would like to buy one. After deciding which model we liked, Ahmet took us through the ordering procedure explaining everything as we went along. While waiting for delivery, Ahmet kept us updated with regular phone calls. When I picked the car up, Jonathan went through the handover procedure, fully answering any questions and showing me all the features of the car and showed me how to operate many of the features which I was unfamiliar with. Just before I drove away Jonathan told me if, I had any questions, not to hesitate to give Ahmet or himself a call and they would be more than happy to assist me. Overall a fantastic experience.

Visited today to look at a car (obviously). Jake looked after us. Great customer services. Friendly, honest, interested. Not pushy in anyway at all. Had lots of knowledge about the car and was able to answer all the questions we had and more. The manager, even though busy, made sure he said hello and introduced himself. A pleasant experience which made our mind up to buy from them. Looking forward to driving the car away. Collecting my car Jonathan provided a great handover. Made sure I was happy with the Niro, happy I new all the gadget and helped me set it all up. Great experience from all.
