Dave's business must be thriving. Been waiting 3 weeks for a quote to move my Powerball to a new location. Despite repeated calls to him and despite promises that "I'll get back to you later today", I've heard nothing. Avoid. He's a time waster. Nice deflection Dave. Clearly you didn't undertake any checks. I'm a no pay risk ? Hilarious. I already had panels. I already had a powerwall. I needed you to quote me to remove them while extension work was being carried out and then reinstall them. How can I be a no pay risk if I've already spent 12k on the original install. How can I be a pay risk if I've got a new mortgage to pay for the extension work ?. How can I be a pay risk if I've spent over 30k on a new EV? I have an excellent credit rating. Fact is you're a small time operator who thinks he can do PV and battery installations but in reality you're way over your head. If you're as good as you think, why are there only 2 reviews on google ? As it happens, I know Richard. He seems to be the only other customer of yours. He actually recommended you to me which is why I got in touch in first place but you clearly weren't interested. You left a text message which I still have, stating you were busy. So which is it ? Were you too busy or was I a pay risk ? The fact that you resorted to posting an untruth on google reviews speaks volumes about your character.

I held off writing my review about D J Monks and our solar installation because I wanted to let my system settle down. I am pleased to say that it has been great. Dave is personable and takes time to explain to you every facet of the installation. I enjoyed our interactions. I am VERY happy with the installation and I cannot recommend solar enough. It has been so good in fact that I am looking to add more storage and solar to max out what we have given what is happening in the economy AND the climate.
