Jeff was amazing and managed to get to me in a ridiculously short amount of time and only three days before Christmas. Unfortunately for me, my cat peed on my mattress and part of the headboard and Jeff managed to completely remove the stain and smell which is no easy task. Such a nice guy and really knowledgeable. Absolutely amazing experience start to finish! Jeff arrived on the dot at the agreed upon time, cleaned two carpets in what felt like 15 minutes, and they look new now - which is no mean feat, considering that one of them was in the dining room and had small food and drink spills on it aplently. I also love that all the equipment, fluids, dirty water etc stays in the van - you just have to provide a power hookup, and that's it. Would definitely use this business again in the future!

5 star's say it all folks! Nothing negative to say about Jeff, very honest and tells you the end result before the work carried out. I had cream carpet with black stains on them, which Jeff says it's people's wearing black socks and the fabric had gone into the carpet which can not be remove. Overall the service is fairly well price and looks better than before and smelling great. Jeff is very sharp on timing. Service: General carpet cleaning
