Not impressed to be honest, I phoned yesterday to book for a job at 2:14 pm and a lady told me she was busy on another call on the other line, she assured me she will call me back when she finishes the call . Waited for her call but never happened. Phoned today at 9:15am explained what happened yesterday and the lady said sorry we are closed today for staff training from 9:30am ? Well it is still 15 minutes. I got their details from Medway council as they are listed on #Medway_fair_trader but customer service is not up to scratch to be honest.

Highly recommended - Everything was done on time and on budget, even with the global supply issues getting (pretty much) anything from anywhere! The quality of the work was brilliant and we are very happy with the new look. As always there were unexpected things during the works (a water pipe and a huge old tree root) but everything was overcome without any hassle and in a professional manner. If we had another driveway we would totally use them again! :) Services: Paving-related drainage, General paving, Concrete driveway building

I had a really good experience with this company I had a summer house built up my garden top quality work the building and roof and patio area around it. It’s a stressfull time having work going on in and around your house but pleased to say everything went smoothly no set backs very good communication good time keeping profession work would totally recommend.
