Grumpy Old men rule
Called then in to look at leak around main chimney. Estimate given and accepted. Darren said very busy but asked if he could ring up on a day that time allowed , which was not a problem to me. The job was completed and as per estimate. Some pointing just above lead flashing was racked out and repointed. Then two coats of waterproofer applied around whole of chimney stack.
